Identities can be formed through the environment we grew up in, going through a traumatic event, or any event, or just finally figuring out who you really are.

Our identity influences the way we see others is how we can identify with them, or relate to them. For the most part, if we can relate to them, we can get along with them, but if we have nothing in common, we will clash.
What is conformity?
Conformity is when you change and mold yourselves to societies standards, or another individuals standards
How does a society decide who belongs and who does not?
Usually a society decides by your status or money, or by if you go by their beliefs or not
How do our attitudes and beliefs influence our thinking?
Our attitudes and beliefs influence our thinking by how we make decisions and how we execute them
What does it mean to belong to a group?
When you belong to a group, you usually can relate to them, and they usually share the same characteristics as you
How is membership defined and by whom is membership defined?
Membership is defined by the club or leader, and by its rule & standards
